Key Responsibilities:

- Take calls and engage with warm leads to drive sales conversions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare and manage sales reports, tracking performance using Excel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
- Handle office-related tasks efficiently to support the sales process.

**Requirements**:

- Education: No specific degree required, but a background in business, sales, or marketing is a plus.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; up to 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Skills:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Basic office administration skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Interview Process:

- Interview will be conducted in single round only i.e. offline mode.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
