**Position Overview**:
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring highly skilled IT professionals to meet the staffing needs of Code Calibre. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, understand their technical requirements, and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans for IT positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure Code Calibre remains at the forefront of HR excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience 2+ years in HR roles, with demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and emerging trends in the tech sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
