Inbound Customer Service Representative

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for various products and services offered by Global it Services.

2. Communicate effectively and professionally in English, Hindi to clients to a diverse customer base.

3. Utilize sales techniques to persuade customers and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and coordinate manpower planning requirements for various projects.

5. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.

6. Utilize MS Office tools, including MS Excel, to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and follow-up activities.

7. Ensure quality assurance and control by adhering to company policies and procedures, resolving customer issues, and providing timely resolutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
