**Shifts
- Day /Rotational Shifts**

**Salary
- Fresher - 19k ctc to 25k ctc**

**Experienced - Up to to 33k ctc**

**Any 12th pass-out with excellent English communication can apply.**

**What you'll do-**
- **Overseeing the customer service process.**:

- **Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.**:

- **Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.**:

- **Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.**:

- **Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.**:

- **Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.**
