Daily Shifts**: 2 pm to 6 pm(WFO)**

**8 pm to 12 am(WFH)**

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience in Software Development Company is mandatory.
- Should have a minimum two years of experience as BDE.
- Must be familiar with portals like Upwrk,freelance,guru etc.
- Having Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
- Should have technical knowledge and skills.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Generating the business through online portals like Upwork, and other such platforms.
- Analyzing client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions
- Coordinate with the international clients through skype chat and phone call.
- Submitting a completed bids report/sheet to the manager on daily basis.
- Finding the right jobs and writing them attractive proposals.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
