**Strategic Project Oversight**: Provide high-level direction for project planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, stakeholder expectations, and long-term objectives.
- **Portfolio Management**:Oversee multiple projects, coordinating with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met across the portfolio.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships, addressing high-level concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Executive Leadership**:Mentor and guide project managers, senior engineers, architects, and other key personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- **Risk and Opportunity Management**: Identify strategic risks and opportunities across projects, developing proactive strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- **Quality Assurance Oversight**: Ensure consistent quality across projects by setting standards, reviewing key deliverables, and enforcing adherence to specifications and industry benchmarks.
- **Financial Strategy and Oversight**: Monitor overall project portfolio finances, approve budgets, track profitability, and implement cost-saving strategies to maximize financial performance.
- **Contract Negotiation and Oversight**: Lead high-level contract negotiations with major subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with contractual obligations.
- **Crisis and Issue Resolution**: Address escalated issues, such as significant delays, disputes, or scope changes, providing strategic solutions to keep projects on track.
- **Process Optimization and Innovation**: Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, implementing advanced technologies, and adopting industry best practices to enhance productivity and competitiveness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
