**Job Title**: Oracle EBS Functional Consultant - Manufacturing & Planning

**Experience**: 8 -10+ Years

**Location**: Remote

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for **Manufacturing and Planning** processes.
- Configure and support Oracle EBS modules such as:

- **Manufacturing (WIP, BOM, Routing)**:

- **Inventory (INV)**:

- **Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)**:

- **Material Requirements Planning (MRP)**:

- Define and document functional setups, business process flows, and solution design (BP80/MD50).
- Support end-to-end implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and production support for MFG and Planning modules.
- Perform **gap analysis**, prepare functional specs for RICEW components, and coordinate with technical teams.
- Lead or support **UAT**, prepare test cases, conduct training, and provide post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and provide resolution aligned with business needs.

**Required Skills**:

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in **Oracle EBS R12 Functional** roles in **Manufacturing and Planning** areas.
- Deep understanding of **discrete manufacturing**, shop floor processes, and supply planning.
- Strong knowledge of **EBS data flows** and interdependencies across INV, BOM, WIP, and Planning modules.
- Ability to write and review **functional documentation** (MD50, TE40, BR100, etc.)
- Good communication skills to interact with business users and cross-functional teams.

**Good to Have**:

- Exposure to **Oracle MES, Quality, Costing**, or **Order Management**:

- Experience in **Global implementations or multi-org environments**:

- Knowledge of **Fusion SCM/Manufacturing/Planning Cloud** is a plus
- Familiarity with **APCC (Advanced Planning Command Center)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
