**Assistant Beauty Therapist Trainer**

**Position Overview**:
This role involves practical and theoretical instruction, assisting with course preparation, and mentoring trainees to develop their skills and knowledge in beauty therapy techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Support**:

- Assist in delivering beauty therapy training sessions, including practical demonstrations and theoretical lessons.
- Provide hands-on guidance to trainees during practical sessions.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards during training.
- **Course Preparation**:

- Support the preparation of training materials, equipment, and workstations.
- Maintain inventory and ensure all tools and products are available for training sessions.
- Organize models for demonstrations and assessments when required.
- **Student Mentoring**:

- Offer personalized feedback and support to trainees to enhance their learning experience.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide reports to the lead trainer.
- Address trainee concerns and foster a positive learning environment.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance and performance.
- Assist in scheduling classes and coordinating training timelines.
- Support lead trainer with certification processes and evaluations.
- **Skill Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest beauty industry trends and techniques.
- Participate in continuous professional development programs.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate/12th
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in beauty therapy; previous teaching/training experience is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- **Certifications**: PTLLS/CTLLS or equivalent teaching qualification is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
