**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Assess and monitor residents' health conditions, including vital signs, physical symptoms, and emotional well-being.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with healthcare provider instructions.
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide wound care, catheter management, and other specialized medical procedures as needed.
- **Care Planning and Documentation**:

- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of residents' health status, care provided, and any changes in condition.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to ensure that care plans meet residents' needs.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals regarding care plans and medical conditions.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by residents or their families promptly and professionally.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies, including providing first aid and CPR as necessary.
- Follow established protocols for emergency situations and ensure residents' safety.
- **Staff Support and Training**:

- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education programs to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Monitor and maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited institution
- **Licensure**: Current state nursing license
- **Experience**: Previous experience/ fresher
- **Skills**:

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Requirements**:

- Capable of standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
- Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills for administering medications and performing procedures.

**Work Environment**:

- Work is to performed in a nursing home setting, which may include exposure to various environmental conditions.
- Shift work, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
