**Role DGM - Architect**

**Role Definition **We are looking for an experienced DGM Architect to **Manage a Team **and various **Industrial/Warehousing projects **(spread across India) right from conception through to completion.

**Qualification **Graduate (B.Arch.) - from recognized university

**Experience **5 - 10 years’ experience in similar job position

**Salary **As per industry Norms

**Requirements**:

- He should be able to manage the team - from being a mentor to checking the drawings and releasing them on site Artistic ability, vision and creativity
- He / She should be very thorough with architectural and interior design standards along with sound knowledge of building services (Electrical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Fire Fighting).
- He should know Tendering process & BOQ preparation.
- Should be able to handle 5 - 7 large scale projects with the support of Jr. Architects and engineers.
- Knowledge in cross checking sub-consultants (structural/MEP) drawings for errors and omissions - from architectural perspective should take 100% responsibility of the project.
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- He should have his own vehicle for commute - preferably 4 wheeler
- Good written and verbal communication skills

**Preferences **Post Graduate (Masters in Construction Management or Project Management) - from recognized university.

Experience in handling Steel Building Projects (PEB) like Industrial units and Warehouses.

**Responsibilities, Tasks & Activities**
- Acting as an interface between the Team and various other stakeholders like client, contractors and consultants - to resolve all project issues and arrive at optimal solutions.
- Ensuring the timely issuance of various drawings to the site for smooth execution of work with the help of architects, engineers and consultants.
- Designing and release of drawings from Concept to GFC stage
- Oversee and mentor staff
- Report to Principal Architect with all project updates
- Ensure proper Data Management
- Organizing Weekly Project Review Meetings
- Co-ordination with Principal Architect, Project Managers and the Design Studio
- Follow up with client for our consultancy fees
- Co-ordination with sub consultants and follow ups with them for drawings/BOQ etc.
- Accomplishing site visits in Delhi NCR & PAN India (1-2 days) for different projects and preparing relevant documentation including agenda, site visit reports and minutes of meetings.
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- Complete Project Management of specific projects
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
- Assess potential risks from various angles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,166.24 - ₹30,000.00 per month
