**Experience : - 10 years**

**Salary - upto 12 lpa**
**Work Location: Jasola, Delhi**

**Required Skills & Qualification**
- Primary task would include project planning, monitoring and coordination.
- Active participation in the Project drawings from the concept stage to the final GFC/Execution stage.
- Review of drawings and final approval for GFC drawings
- Preparation of all liaison drawings and documents.
- Preparation of concept drawings and any other additional details as per site requirement.
- Studying the MEP/Finishing/Architectural drawings & commenting the drawings as per the requirement.
- Lead the project site team to deliver the Project within agreed Time and Cost, adhering to quality standards.
- Organising & attending meetings with the consultants in order to have Coordination between Consultants.
- Attending meetings on site in order to visualise in-situ construction activities and to provide solutions for issues raised during execution.
- Preparation of MOM and schedule of drawing for tracking record of them.
- Lead regular project review meetings and ensure timely action on agreed deliverables
- Preparation of comparatives and negotiation with vendors for finalisation.
- Verification of B.O.Q for the project as per specification and working out quantities.
- Independently manage client meetings.
- Engage / Assist in the tendering process and hiring of contractors.
- Conduct regular monitoring and management of Contractor’s performance and ensure contract administration.
- Initiate innovative methods of project cost management, including value-addition to project and processes.
- Preparation of Sales Plan as per the requirement of the marketing team.
- Capable of providing all the details as and when required for RERA.
- Prepare Work Progress Report
- Cost analysis of various capital projects
- Regular site visits
- Execution of time bound interior fit out works as per the client requirement.
- Keeping the records of drawings and documents.

**Required Skills & Qualification**

**∙ ** B.Arch. (essential) & M.Arch./M.Tech (Desirable)

∙ Ability to lead a team effectively to achieve project deliverables

∙ Ability to read & review drawings

∙ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

∙ Drafting skills

∙ Proficient with AUTOCAD, Photoshop, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

∙ Good interpersonal and communication skills

∙ Must be resourceful, innovative, self-motivated, and confident in high stress

∙ Knowledge of Ms Project and Primavera
