Key Responsibilities

Team Handling:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Allocate tasks based on individual strengths and workload.
  • Monitor team KPIs to ensure consistent performance and productivity.
  • Resolve conflicts and promote a positive, collaborative work environment.

Client Handling:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.
  • Gather client feedback to improve service quality and satisfaction.

Recruitment:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers.
  • Stay updated with market trends and best practices in hiring.
