**Responsibilities**:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to the Galileo reservation system, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.

2. Manage and maintain the Galileo system, including user accounts, access permissions, and configuration settings.

3. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues or errors, working closely with the IT department and Galileo support team to resolve issues promptly.

4. Conduct regular audits of the Galileo database to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

5. Train new employees on how to use the Galileo system effectively and provide ongoing training and support to existing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

6. Stay informed about updates, enhancements, and new features released by Galileo, and implement changes or upgrades as needed to improve system functionality and efficiency.

7. Generate reports and analyze data from the Galileo system to identify trends, track performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.

8. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement strategies for maximizing the use of the Galileo system to achieve business goals and objectives.

9. Stay up-to-date with changes in the travel industry, including airline regulations, fare structures, and booking trends, and adjust Galileo settings and procedures accordingly.

10. Provide technical support and assistance to clients and partners who use the Galileo system, resolving issues and answering inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:
1. Previous experience working with Galileo as a GDS Expert or in a similar role within the travel industry.

2. In-depth knowledge of Galileo functionality, including flight reservations, fare rules, ticketing procedures, and reporting capabilities.

3. Strong technical skills and proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and database management tools.

4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, clients, and external partners.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

7. Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed to support system maintenance, upgrades, and emergencies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
