**Position**: Store In-charge(Furniture Industry / Senior Modular-Furniture)

**Job Location**: Wada, Palghar - Factory Unit.

**Education**: Bachelors: Graduate

**Experience**:Five - Ten year plus experience in handling Retail Store Operations of high-end furniture, furnishing, interior products, sanitary ware, wooden flooring store.

**Salary bracket**: Rs. 20,000 to Rs.25,000. As per experience & personal interview.

**Industry Type**: Furniture & Interiors works

Role & Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the daily operations of the store daily dispatches.
- Sales Analysis / Inventory Management / Replenishment of stores
- Knowledge of material specs, material sourcing points, product costing.
- Knowledge of fabrication drawings. Cutting lists knowledge.
- Plan, organize and prepare & update production schedules.
- Ensure processes and systems are followed.
- Ensure effective utilization materials.
- Manage & maintain records of inventory and stores.
- Shall be independently responsible for day to day the store operations, inventory, costs, housekeeping, MIS, opening / closing & VM.
- Should have very good understanding of colour, lighting, material selection.
- Should have thorough knowledge of materials, such as wood, metal and têxtiles.
