**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Executive - Paid Ads Specialist

**Location**: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
**Experience Required**: 1-2 Years

At **MR Global Tech**, we specialize in helping brands grow with result-driven digital strategies. We are looking for a **Digital Marketing Executive** with strong expertise in **Paid Ads (Google & Meta)** and a basic understanding of SEO to manage and optimize client campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and manage **Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns**.
- Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Create engaging ad copies, select target audiences, and manage campaign budgets.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for better performance.
- Track, analyze, and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Assist in **basic SEO tasks** (keyword research, on-page fixes, backlinks) when required.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in **Google Ads & Meta Ads** (Search, Display, Shopping, Remarketing, Lead Generation).
- Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and analytics.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and techniques (basic level).
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results.
