We’re a UAE-based IT services company seeking a remote Digital Marketing Expert and Client

Relationship Manager to lead digital strategies and build strong client relationships. This role

combines digital marketing expertise with client relationship skills to drive growth and

satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Marketing:
display advertising.
- Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies for higher ROI.
- Conduct research to inform target audience, content, and positioning.
- Oversee website updates with the web development team.
- Stay updated on digital trends and platform changes.
- Coordinate content and design needs with internal teams.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary contact, ensuring proactive and clear communication.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and feedback.
- Conduct regular check-ins, share results, and identify growth opportunities.
- Educate clients on digital trends and value-add strategies.
- Address issues promptly and seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and client management.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads, CRM software, and social media tools.
- Excellent communication and time management skills in a remote setting.
- Multilingual proficiency (Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil) preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in a client-facing role within an agency or consulting environment.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
