*Position Overview:*

*Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies tailored to the Indian market, considering cultural nuances and regional preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute impactful marketing campaigns, encompassing both digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research to understand local trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviours, translating insights into effective marketing plans.
- Manage and optimize digital platforms, including social media, website content, and online advertising, to maximize online presence and engagement in the Indian market. Develop online campaigns, design social media posts, and proactively engage with customers to enhance brand value and visibility
- Oversee the creation of culturally relevant marketing materials, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve marketing objectives.
- Cultivate relationships with local influencers, partners, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and foster collaborations within the Indian market.
- Design offline materials, banners, menus, etc for Tru Falafel
- Budget management to ensure cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives. Focus on ROI and long term brand building
- Event management:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Event Management companies in order to ensure Tru Falafel’s participation in the major events and festivals happening in the city. Attend conferences and workshops to promote Tru Falafel as a catering partner
- Prepare event briefs, calculate feasibility strategy of participating, and negotiate with organisers for better financial terms
- Organise manpower, logistics, marketing material, and food for the event
- Supervise the event, assisting and coordinating where required
- Analyse the performance of each event in order to better inform the team on how improve the handling of future events

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing management within the fast-food or restaurant industry in India.
- Strong understanding of Indian consumer behaviour, cultural sensitivities, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically within the Indian context.
- Proficient in data analysis and familiar with marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to self motivate and work independently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
