Core Responsibilities
- **Beverage Preparation**: Brew and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, teas, and other specialty coffees.
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers, take orders accurately, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations to enhance their experience.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other brewing equipment.
- **Payment Processing**: Handle cash and credit card transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- **Food Handling**: Prepare and serve food items like pastries, sandwiches, and other menu items as needed.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Keep the workstation, equipment, and seating areas clean, sanitary, and organized.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and restock workstations as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualities
- **Customer Focus**: Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, drink recipes, and the ability to operate specialized equipment.
- **Efficiency**: Ability to work quickly and efficiently, especially during busy periods, to ensure customer satisfaction.
