Barista - Join our passionate coffee team We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to craft delicious specialty coffee drinks, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean and inviting coffee bar environment. Must have a love for coffee, strong communication skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Experience preferred but not required; full training provided.". Key points to include in your Barista job description:
- Core responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and cold brew.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, including equipment and work surfaces.
- Stock coffee supplies and ingredients.
- May assist with food preparation or sales, depending on the establishment.
- Essential skills:
- Excellent customer service skills, ability to interact with customers warmly and professionally
- Attention to detail in beverage preparation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cash handling skills
- Knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods (preferred)
- Optional additions depending on your needs:
- Experience with specialty coffee drinks or latte art
- Knowledge of local coffee scene or ability to suggest pairings
- Ability to train new baristas
- Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,304.05 per month
