**Overview**:
As a Senior E-commerce Expert, you will play a pivotal role in steering our company's online retail strategies and operations. You will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of our e-commerce initiatives, driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our competitive edge in the digital marketplace.

**Responsibilities**:
Strategy Development:

- Formulate comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.

Platform Management:

- Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration between platforms, ensuring optimal user experience and functionality.
- Monitor platform performance and recommend enhancements to improve sales, conversion rates, and user engagement.

Sales and Marketing:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Implement effective SEO, SEM, and social media strategies to increase online visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

User Experience Enhancement:

- Analyze user data, conduct A/B testing, and utilize customer feedback to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Optimize website design, navigation, and functionalities to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement improvements in checkout processes and customer journey flow.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess e-commerce performance.
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and decision-making.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Lead and mentor e-commerce teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Collaborate with various departments including IT, marketing, sales, and logistics to ensure cohesive strategies and operations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support e-commerce initiatives.**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (X years) in a senior e-commerce role, preferably in retail or related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
