Manage and maintain online product catalogs, ensuring accurate details, high-quality visuals, and optimized listings for various e-commerce platforms. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of jewelry-specific terminology, and experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and Maintain Product Listings:
Develop and update product details, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory information, on e-commerce platforms.

Ensure Accuracy and Quality:
Verify product attributes, descriptions, and images for accuracy and consistency across all channels.

Optimize Listings for SEO:
Improve product listings to enhance visibility in search results and attract customers.

Collaborate with Design Teams:
Partner with designers to create engaging product imagery and promotional materials.

Manage Inventory:
Update and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure accurate reporting.

Perform Regular Catalog Audits:
Identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies within product listings.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Keep abreast of changes in jewelry design, materials, and online marketing best practices.

Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries related to online orders, shipping, and returns.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the jewelry industry.

Knowledge of E-Commerce Platforms: Proficiency in platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.

Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to product listings, inventory, and online sales.

Jewelry Knowledge: Basic understanding of jewelry terminology, materials, and design.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
