**This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Web Designer to make your career in our business by helping, maintaining, designing & developing website and creating content for our brand.** Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the websites to ensure it is up-to-date, secure, and functioning optimally. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective website solutions. - Design and implement new website features, functionality, and enhancements. - Optimize website performance, speed, and responsiveness. - Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix any issues, such as broken links, accessibility problems, and outdated content. - Monitor website analytics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to website development and optimization. - Ensure website compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, such as data privacy and accessibility standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including bug fixes, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility problems. - Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on website-related tools, processes, and best practices. Qualifications: - 6 MONTHS of proven experience as a Website Designer - Strong knowledge of website design technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Figma). - Wordpress knowlegde plugin confirguration, knowlegde of editors like elementor, gutenburg, knowlegde of Divi theme. - Experience with website optimization techniques, including performance optimization, SEO, and mobile responsiveness, make website responsive. - Familiarity with web analytics tools such as G4, Tag Manager and ability to derive insights from data. - Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and ability to implement best practices. - Knowledge of website security best practices and experience implementing security measures. - Proficiency in website testing and debugging tools. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design. - " Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - Leave encashment - Paid sick time - Paid time off Schedule: - Day shift - Night shift - Rotational shift - US shift Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay - Performance bonus - Shift allowance - Yearly bonus **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
