**About the Role**

Prologic Technologies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Web Designer** to craft visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive website designs. This role is perfect for someone with a strong design sense, proficiency in modern design tools, and the ability to translate concepts into engaging digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and content creators to bring our brand vision to life across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

**Website Design & Development**
- Create responsive website layouts that align with project requirements and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance across devices

**UI/UX Enhancement**
- Translate user requirements and feedback into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, and design elements
- Conduct usability testing to refine user experiences

**Graphics & Branding**
- Design web graphics, banners, and UI elements that support marketing campaigns
- Maintain visual consistency with brand identity across all web assets

**Collaboration & Communication**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and development
- Provide creative input and design solutions during project planning phases

- Collaborate on UI/UX strategy to enhance brand presence

**Year 2+**:

- Take ownership of overall design strategy and mentor junior designers
