We are looking for a **creative and detail-oriented Junior Web Designer** to join our team. You will work closely with senior designers and developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites. Your role will involve designing web pages, improving UI/UX, and ensuring responsive design across different devices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing and updating websites based on project requirements.
- Work with UI/UX principles to create visually appealing and functional designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless website functionality.
- Optimize website elements for responsiveness and mobile compatibility.
- Maintain brand consistency in all design elements.
- Use design tools like **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch**.
- Assist in testing websites and fixing UI/UX issues.
- Keep up with design trends and suggest creative ideas.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or relevant experience).
- Proficiency in **HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript** is a plus.
- Experience with **design software** such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Understanding of **responsive and mobile-first design**.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work in a team and take feedback constructively.
- Basic knowledge of **WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms** is a bonus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.92 per month
