**Roles and Responsibilities**

Tool Room operations for mould manufacturing - operate / programming of CNC - EDM, Wire cut, EDM Drill machines and Trouble Shouting.

1. Execute of 2 axis CNC VMC programs for Die & Mold parts by using CAM software.

2. Transferring machine codes and setup instructions to CNC EDM Wirecut machines through software.

3. Regular review of EDM Wirecut productivity through centralized MDC (machine data collection) software and implementing ways to improve productivity.

4. Maintaining minimum stock level of EDM brass wires for EDM Wirecut machines to minimize downtime.

Lean to reduce cycle time & downtime reduction by using advanced programming procedure.
- Graduate or diploma in Production Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Tool & Die making.
- Sound knowledge of CNC EDM Wirecut setting & programme selection is necessary.
- Shop floor experience of CNC EDM production in a production plant is a must.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
