Job Overview:

This role is 90% inside sales, but it's also about creating lasting relationships with our clients and agents. If you're an energetic go-getter who thrives on building connections and has a knack for marketing, you're the perfect fit for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- New Sales: Identify and reach out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our software solutions can transform their business.
- Up-Selling: Work with existing clients to identify opportunities for additional services or upgrades, ensuring they get the most out of our offerings.
- Client Handling: Build strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their goals and challenges, and providing exceptional service and support.
- Agent Handling: Collaborate with our sales agents, providing guidance, support, and resources to help them achieve their targets.
- Marketing Ideas: Bring your marketing insights to the table. Brainstorm and implement creative marketing strategies to increase our brand visibility and attract new clients.
