Kickstart your marketing career by working **at the front lines of customer acquisition and market development**. As a Field Marketing Executive at FindStay, you’ll gain **real-time exposure to B2B sales, local market dynamics, user onboarding funnels**, and strategic **brand penetration** in the student housing industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive **market penetration** by identifying and onboarding new PG owners.
- Educate PG partners on **platform benefits, customer acquisition flow**, and lead generation.
- Execute **on-ground campaigns** to boost FindStay visibility in key student-heavy zones.
- Collect, document, and verify PG property information (photos, pricing, amenities).
- Track lead quality, owner response rates, and suggest optimizations for **retention**.
- Collaborate with the growth team to provide feedback on **user behavior and regional trends**.

**What You’ll Learn**:

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Recently completed MBA in **Marketing / Sales / Retail Management**:

- Strong communication in **Hindi, Punjabi**, and workable English
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality
- Should own a two-wheeler (travel allowance provided)
- Passion for fieldwork, market research, and on-ground sales

**Compensation Package**:

- **CTC**: ₹2.5 LPA
- **Fixed**: ₹2.38 LPA (~₹19,800/month)
- **Variable Performance Bonus**: ₹12,000/year
- **Travel Reimbursement** for field visits

- Letter of recommendation and certificate after 6 months
