**Key Responsibilities**:

- The key role of a Voice and Accent trainer is to help individuals learn proper pronunciation, voice modulation, listening and speaking skills.
- A strong hold of the language (English) and good knowledge of grammar, pronunciation, spellings, and vocabulary.
- The ability to teach and train other individuals.
- Conduct new-hire trainings on processes, soft skills, MTI reduction, and cultural sensitivity.
- Support training initiatives on the floor: refresher training modules on the process, L&D, etc.
- Monitor and coach on grammar, pronunciation, enunciation, and other aspects of the English alphabet, culture, etc.
- Monitor and provide feedback for bottom performers and ensure that the bottom performers move up the learning curve Maintaining and reporting audit/feedback/coaching.

**Role Proficiencies**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of monitoring and feedback techniques.
- Ability to audit monitored data and identify coaching/training needs.
- Must be self-motivated and able to motivate others.
- Ability to improve communication and soft skills of agents for continuous improvement.
- Display a high level of effort and commitment toward supporting employees.
- Experience: 2-6 Years
- Working Days : 5
- Location: Adajan Near PAL RTO

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
