Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Communication Specialist to join our team. As a Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering training programs that enhance the communication skills of our associates.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Implement Training Programs: Create and deliver training sessions that focus on improving the communication skills of our associates. This includes training on soft skills, voice, accent, language, and behaviors defined by clients.Conduct Refresher Training: Provide regular refresher training sessions to reinforce the skills learned during initial training. This includes training on communication, soft skills, grammar, syllable stress, and voice intonation.Ongoing Monitoring and Tracking: Continuously monitor and track the performance of our associates, identifying areas for improvement and providing regular assessments.Foster Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve the communication skills of our associates, including tailored refreshers to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Identify Training Needs: Regularly assess training needs to identify gaps in performance and develop targeted training programs to address these gaps.Meetings and Huddles: Conduct regular meetings and huddles with the team to gauge and improve performance, ensuring that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities in improving communication skills.Track Progress: Monitor and track the progress of lower-performing associates, providing additional support and training as needed to ensure they meet performance expectations.Audit and Assessment: Facilitate internal audits on communications and soft skills, conducting regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs.Training Needs Identification: Successfully conduct monthly Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA), addressing any training loopholes or gaps in performance.New Hire Training: Provide refresher sessions to new hires on soft skills and accent neutralization, ensuring they are equipped to communicate effectively from day one.Dashboards and Reports: Publish weekly dashboards with numbers of coaching and monitoring sessions conducted, as well as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) data, to provide insights into the effectiveness of our training programs.Cultural Awareness: Train new hire batches on communication, soft skills, and cultural aspects, ensuring they have a deep understanding of the importance of effective communication in our organization.BenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Communication Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
