Job Title: Voice and Accent CoachAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled Voice and Accent Coach to join our team. As a Voice and Accent Coach, you will be responsible for training a team of associates on soft skills, voice, accent, language, and behavior defined by clients.Key Responsibilities:• Train a team of associates on soft skills, voice, accent, language, and behavior defined by clients.• Conduct refresher and update training on Communication, Soft Skills, Grammar, Syllable Stress, Voice Intonation, and Accent Neutralization.• Monitor associates' performance and track deviations, identifying areas for improvement.• Run regular refreshers to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and help achieve continuous improvements.• Assess training needs to fill gaps in performance and conduct periodic meetings with the team to gauge and improve performance.• Track and ensure improvement of lower-performing associates, facilitating internal audits on communications and soft skills.• Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Assessment (TNA) on a monthly basis, plugging back loopholes in training.• Provide refresher sessions to new hires on communication, soft skills, and cultural aspects.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
