Responsibilities:

- MIS Reports: Prepare and regularly update Management Information System (MIS) reports to track sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends, ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights to the sales team and management.
- Database Management: Develop and maintain databases using MS Excel to store, retrieve, and analyze sales data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for better decision-making.
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the sales team by managing documents, spreadsheets, and other materials related to the sales process.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to identify and implement improvements in business processes, thereby increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to support sales operations. Generate meaningful reports that reflect sales trends, customer behavior, and other key performance indicators.
- Reporting: Create and maintain accurate reports that highlight sales metrics, data trends, and systemrelated information to support key business decisions.
- Data Management: Design and implement data management systems for optimal storage, retrieval, and reporting of sales data. Ensure system integrity and the accuracy of data across all platforms.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers. Perform regular follow-ups to ensure smooth operations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Compliance and Auditing: Support internal auditing and compliance processes to ensure alignment with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:
Experience: Relevant experience in MIS reporting, sales data analysis, and process management, preferably within the FMCG, retail, or manufacturing sectors.

Key Skills:

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of data management and visualization tools.
- Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
