**Responsibilities and Duties : -**
- Provide Technical Support for all users & manage development requirements for SAP B1.
- Define and develop technical standards and coordination of needful implementation of business requirements on SAP.
- Maintain databases and backup to insure optimum performance.
- Develop process control for data integrity.
- Log frequent user requests and system issues, help find root cause and resolve/reduce them.
- Generate, optimise and implement key reports from system and Management Dashboards.
- Gather and analyse requirements and functional specifications for translation into a detailed document.
- Monitor and Follow up timely completion of enhancement and changes.
- Assist in testing to validate and provide operating controls to ensure implementation as per requirements.
- Develop and improve existing process flow and training documents.
- Conduct end user training as per requirements.
- Pro-active responsiveness and a problem-solving outlook is important.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications : -**
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering, IT, or other IT Related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in SAP B1, preferably with HANA.
- Experience in SAP configuration, system testing and data migration.
- SAP Certification and/or Technical/Functional expertise preferred.
- Experience with MS SQL Server, ability to write SQL scripts and queries.
- Experience with Lumira, Power BI, Tableau with be helpful.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
