**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Requirement**: Formulation of Skin Care, Hair Care, Cosmetics and Similar Products in tight schedule.
- Keeping data of Formulation.
- Developing the products according to requirement.
- tracking the market and new development
- Identify good suppliers of raw materials.
- Independently develop new formulas for skin and hair care products.
- Guide and Handle a team for processes like production, filling and packing.
- Maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Transfer of technology from RND to production team
- Liaison with FDA department to get additional products added to portfolio.
