**Key Responsibilities**:
✔Fragrance & Flavor Development: Create innovative fragrance and flavor formulations for skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products, ensuring safety, stability, and regulatory compliance.
✔Product Innovation: Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and manufacturing teams to design sensory profiles that enhance product appeal and meet client briefs.
✔Raw Material Selection: Evaluate, source, and qualify essential oils, aroma chemicals, and flavoring agents from trusted suppliers.
✔Stability & Compatibility Testing: Conduct and document stability tests to ensure fragrance and flavor integrity throughout product shelf life.
✔Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all creations meet IFRA, ISO, and local/international regulatory standards.
✔Trend Analysis: Monitor global trends in fragrances, flavors, and consumer preferences to inspire product innovation.
✔Sensory Evaluation: Lead internal sensory panels to assess product performance and consumer perception.
✔Sustainability & Cost Optimization: Develop eco-friendly and cost-effective fragrance and flavor solutions without compromising quality.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Hard Skills**:
✔Strong knowledge of fragrance chemistry, essential oils, and aroma chemicals.
✔Proficiency in cosmetic/skincare formulation techniques.
✔Expertise in sensory evaluation and stability testing.
✔Familiarity with IFRA standards, cosmetic regulations, and safety data interpretation.
✔Analytical and problem-solving skills for product troubleshooting.

**Soft Skills**:
✔Creative mindset with a passion for sensory innovation.
✔Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
✔Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✔Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

**Education & Certifications**:
✔BSC, MSC/ Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Flavor, or related field.
✔Certification from a recognized perfumery or flavor school is an added advantage.

**Preferred Experience**:
✔3-7 years of experience in fragrance and/or flavor creation within cosmetics, skincare, or oral care manufacturing.
✔Proven track record in developing successful, market-ready formulations.
✔Experience working with private-label brands and diverse product categories.
