**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day interior and finishing work at site
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for quality execution
- Monitor site progress to ensure timelines and design standards are met
- Manage manpower and material deployment efficiently
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Report daily progress to project management team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural and interior finishing works
- Proven track record in group housing or similar large-scale residential projects
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and technical detailing
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills

**Location**: Site-based role in **Greater Noida**
