A Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for nurturing strong relationships with clients, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience. The role combines customer service, sales, and marketing to create lasting brand loyalty and support the growth of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1 Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value and regular clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop strategies to increase customer retention and engagement.

**2 Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to understand product collections and tailor offerings to clients' preferences.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Host private fittings, consultations, and events to create a bespoke experience for VIP clients.

**3 Customer Insights & Feedback**:

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Share insights with the design and marketing teams to inform product development and promotional strategies.

**4 Personalized Customer Experience**:

- Maintain detailed client profiles, including preferences, purchase history, and special dates (e.g., anniversaries, birthdays).
- Offer personalized recommendations and exclusive previews of new collections.

**5 Event Coordination**:

- Organize and oversee client-focused events such as fashion shows, trunk shows, and launch parties.
- Ensure exceptional client experiences during in-store and external events.

**6 Marketing Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

**7 Reporting & Analysis**:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer retention rate, sales conversions, and satisfaction scores.
- Prepare regular reports and recommend strategies for improving customer relationship management.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer relationship management, preferably in luxury fashion or retail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- A keen eye for fashion and a deep understanding of the brand's aesthetic.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
