**2- Professional Experience**:

- **Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management.**:

- **Proven leadership experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in a mid-sized to large organization.**

**3- Technical Skills**:

- **Proficiency/knowledge in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite).**:

- **Strong command of MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.**:

- **Presentation skills.**:

- **Report drafting.**:
**4- Soft Skills**:

- **Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.**:

- **Strong leadership and team management abilities.**:

- **Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.**:

- **High attention to detail and organizational skills.**:

- **Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.**
