Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio & Risk Analytics

Conduct portfolio quality analysis across products (Business Loan, LAP, School Finance, Business Loan, PL etc).

Perform Early Warning Signal (EWS) tracking and trend analysis.

Collaborate with Business & Credit teams for portfolio actions and insights.

ECL & ICAAP

Own and update the Expected Credit Loss (ECL) model assumptions, documentation, and reporting.

Support in preparation of ICAAP (Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process) including capital computation, stress testing, and related risk parameters.

Policy & Governance

Lead periodic review and updation of credit risk policies with relevant data support.

Benchmark internal frameworks with regulatory and industry practices.

Stakeholder & Investor Interaction

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., investors, auditors, rating agencies) for data requirements, portfolio presentations, and Q&A support.

Scorecard & Data Science Collaboration

Work with the Data Science team to co-develop, test, and refine credit scorecards.

Validate performance metrics and ensure proper business integration of models.

Dashboards & Reporting

Design and monitor risk dashboards, MIS, and review decks for internal governance forums (Risk Committee, Board Risk Committee).

Ensure timely and accurate reporting for senior management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Postgraduate in Finance, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent. (FRM/CFA is a plus.)

Strong analytical skills with experience in SAS, SQL, Python, or Excel-based modeling.

Working knowledge of ECL, Basel II/III, RBI guidelines, and credit risk frameworks.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, synthesize data, and present actionable insights.

Prior experience in NBFC, Bank, or Fintech risk functions preferred.
