**Job Title**: Personal Assistant to Managing Director - New Projects
**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai
**Reports To**: Managing Director
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic & Business Analysis**
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and emerging business opportunities.
- Perform feasibility studies for proposed projects including SWOT analysis, risk evaluation, and return-on-investment (ROI) modeling.
- Assist in preparing business plans, financial models, and pitch decks for internal reviews and external stakeholders.
- Compile reports and summaries for the MD to support strategic decision-making.
**Project Scouting & Coordination**
- Scout for new business ideas, products, or services aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, vendors, and startup founders to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Attend relevant industry events, webinars, and meetings as a representative of the MD to stay updated on market developments.
**Executive Support**
- Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare briefing documents in advance.
- Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders for new project-related communications.
- Follow up on key action points from strategic meetings and ensure timely execution.
**Reporting & Documentation**
- Create and maintain organized documentation for each new project, including status updates, financial analyses, and correspondence records.
- Track KPIs and milestones for new ventures and assist in preparing performance reports.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, corporate strategy, or as a PA/EA in a high-paced, decision-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
