**Project Controller**

We are seeking a Project Specialist with expertise in MS Project Management to join our

ensuring data integrity, and providing insights to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.

This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, project management

processes, and the ability to leverage Microsoft Project for effective project planning and

execution.

**Role category: Executive
- Project Controller**

**Responsibilities**
- Data Management - Collect, organize, and maintain project data to ensure accuracy,

consistency, and completeness
- MS Project Utilization - Create, update, and manage project plans using Microsoft

Project. Ensure that all project schedules are current and reflect accurate timelines,

resource allocations, and dependencies
- Reporting - Generate comprehensive project reports and dashboards to provide

stakeholders with actionable insights and updates on project status, progress, and

risks
- Collaboration - Work closely with project owner, team members, and stakeholders

to understand project requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to streamline project management

processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Training and Support - Provide training and support to team members on MS

Project and data management best practices

**Requirements**:

- Education - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Project

Management, or a related field
- Proven experience using MS Project for project planning and management

**Key Skills**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights effectively
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

**Note**:

- Probation period will be of 6 months
- No leaves are allowed during probation period

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
