This will also involve taking minutes during meetings.* Expense Reports: Processing and submitting expense reports.Project Support & event planning* Project Management: Assisting with various projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. This may involve coordinating with multiple teams or individuals.* Presentation Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings and conferences.* Event Planning: Coordinating events, such as conferences or meetings. Senior leadership visits, employee meetings/connectsCommunication, Relationship Management:

- Liaison: Acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
