**Job description**

**Job Profile**:
We are looking to hire a **Linux, VMWare **and **Senior Windows Server Administrator **to manage and maintain our Windows systems and Server Network. **In this role, you will be responsible for installing or upgrading VMware, Linux and Windows-based systems and servers, managing user access to the servers, and maintaining the security and stability of the network.**

To ensure success as a VMware, Linux and Windows Administrator, you should have in-depth knowledge of VMWare, Linux and Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance, advanced coding skills, and the ability to solve complex IT issues. Ultimately, a top-class VMware and Windows Administrator ensures the smooth running of the company's networking and server systems, while maintaining a high level of security.

**Responsibilities**:
**Primary Skill Linux, VMware and Windows Server Administration.**
- Expert knowledge in Install, configure, and maintaining VMware, Linux and Windows Server operating systems and related hardware.
- Working knowledge on Virtual infrastructure VMware vSphere Hyper v is expected.
- Strong Knowledge in Windows Terminal Services and Administration.
- Expert knowledge in implementing managing and troubleshooting Active Directory DNS ADFS and Group Policies on Windows servers.
- Good understanding of Active Directory best practices health check reports hardening and security
- Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups.
- Knowledge of AWS.
- Monitor server performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Windows desktop administration and troubleshooting.
- Discussing system and server upgrades with IT managers.
- Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users.
- Troubleshooting system and server errors.
- Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.
- Monitoring and updating the Windows code base.
- Managing user access.
- Monitoring system performance.

**Server Administrator Requirements**:

- Over 5+ Years of relevant experience in working with VMware and Microsoft Windows Server, Linux and Active Directory services.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Proven work experience as a Vmware, Linux and Windows Administrator is preferred.
- Detailed knowledge of Vmware and Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance.
- Experience with databases, patch management, and networks including LAN and WAN.
- Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms.
- Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical and communication skills.

Pay: ₹19,851.33 - ₹76,872.89 per month
