**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Job Title: Sales Executive - Traditional Trade/General Trade

Base Location: Parwanoo (Urban & Rural)

Areas to be covered: Una & Parwanoo

Reporting Manager: Area Sales Head

Business Size: INR 8.42 CR Annually

Key Job Responsibilities

Sales FocusEnsure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual agreed sales targets within laid down business terms for all brands.Sales target setting and monitoring for Distributors, SAs/ISRs at a beat level.Monitor Actual Sales and mid-course corrections and inputs to reduce variance against expectations.Sales projection for distribution business.

Area & Business PlanningIdentify potential towns & appoint distributors in line with business strategy.Plan & allocate SA/ISR basis market potential.Formulate & execute the secondary sales plan - Area wise, distributor wise, Brand wise, SKU wise.

Distribution ManagementEnsuring quality of market coverage through effective use of SA/ISR and distribution network.Develop and ensure implementation of Distribution plan across distributor territories.Ensure category availability, visibility & freshness (Stock rotation).Ensure that the SA are servicing the market for breakages & stock destruction. ReportingDaily activity report.SA/ISR Productivity reports on area performance.Retail Audit & Retail Universe update.Expense Statement.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- FMCG: 2 years (required)
