**Job Role**:
As a **Marketing Executive**, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer interactions, handling fresh queries, and overseeing lead generation activities. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients who walk-in, call, or reach out through online portals. Your primary goal will be to nurture these leads, provide them with relevant information, and guide them through the sales pipeline.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Follow-ups**: Handle incoming queries from walk-ins, calls, and online portals.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions, providing detailed product information and recommendations.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest skincare products, industry trends, and manufacturing processes to provide accurate and insightful information to clients.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities and ensure smooth transitions through the sales process.
- **Reporting**: Keep track of lead sources, client interactions, and conversion rates to improve lead generation strategies.
- **Coordination**: Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities for client acquisition.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
