**Position Overview**:As a Manual Software Tester Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance professionals, to validate software functionality, identify defects, and verify that our products meet the specified requirements. Throughout the internship, you will learn about various testing methodologies, industry best practices, and the software development life cycle.

**Responsibilities**:
**Test Planning and Design**: Assist in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and design documentation.

**Manual Testing**: Execute test cases manually to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in the software.

**Bug Tracking and Reporting**: Use bug tracking tools to report, track, and verify software defects. Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.

**Regression Testing**: Participate in regression testing to verify that previously identified defects have been successfully fixed and that new changes do not introduce additional issues.

**Functional and Usability Testing**: Conduct functional testing to verify that the software meets its intended functionality and usability testing to ensure a smooth user experience.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test results, and any other relevant records.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other team members to foster a strong teamwork environment and ensure a smooth testing process.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals and principles.
- Familiarity with various testing techniques, such as functional, regression, and usability testing.
- Basic knowledge of bug tracking systems and test management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality software products.
- Previous experience in software testing or related internships is a plus (but not mandatory).

**Duration and Compensation**:This is a 6 Month internship position, with 40 Hours per week. The internship is compensated with Max. 5K stipend. In addition to the compensation, you will gain valuable experience within the software development industry.
