The fun stuff you'll be doing Focus on delivering automated tests in core technologies Create test documentation Define test scope for the tested area and identify the risk Define and improve the QA processes Provide support to other team members Lead and input into technical discussions Requirements Experience: Minimum 8 years of overall experience in manual and automation testing . At least 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation . Proven experience working with Cypress.io and/or Playwright . Strong knowledge of Java Script (Type Script and Node.js experience preferred). Exposure to Python or Java is an added advantage. Technical Skills: Solid understanding of testing techniques , with strong manual testing expertise and some exposure to non-functional testing . Experience in API testing using Postman . Hands-on experience with Front-End and Back-End automation . Good understanding of CI/CD setup , SQL databases , and monitoring services (e.g., Rollbar , New Relic ). Experience in test design , test planning , QA strategy , and root cause analysis . Familiarity with large datasets or applications with a large customer base is a strong plus. Working knowledge of databases and advanced Excel is a plus. Project & Process Management: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously . Experience in independently managing the full QA lifecycle within a project. Active participation in daily standups , client demos , requirement analysis , and regular communication with developers, PMs, designers, and clients . Proven capability in test reporting and ensuring quality metrics are communicated effectively. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills —able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong ability to mentor and guide other testers . Demonstrates ownership , attention to detail , and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
