Responsibilities Design and implement test plans for AI applications to ensure they meet specified requirements. Conduct manual testing as well as automated testing using various testing frameworks and tools. Identify, record, and track bugs and issues, and work closely with development teams to resolve them swiftly. Perform regression testing to ensure that previous functionalities remain unaffected by recent changes or improvements. Evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies based on best practices and project needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide insights on quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle. Prepare detailed reports on testing outcomes, including risk assessments and recommendations for further enhancements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software testing, with a focus on AI applications and systems. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, particularly in an Agile development environment. Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or equivalent. Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ for scripting test cases. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
