Kolkata District West Bengal, India Industrial Computer Works Full time

Overseeing and coordinating merchandising teams
- Analyzing sales figures, market trends, and customer behavior to determine product needs
- Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers
- Forecasting profits and sales, and optimising the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas
- Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season
- Developing and implementing merchandising plans to assist in the marketing and promotion of products
- Monitoring slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary
- Gathering information on customers’ reactions to products
- Working closely with visual-display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize sales
- Producing layout plans for stores, often using computer-aided design (CAD) or similar software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
