**Responsibilities**:

- **Merchandise Planning**: Develop and implement merchandise plans and strategies based on sales data, market trends, and customer preferences. Collaborate with buying teams to forecast and plan inventory needs.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform merchandise decisions and ensure the product assortment remains relevant and competitive.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Design and execute visually appealing store layouts, displays, and window installations that align with brand standards and attract customers.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and turnover rates to ensure optimal stock levels. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to manage stock replenishment and resolve inventory issues.
- **Sales Performance**: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of merchandise strategies. Make recommendations for adjustments based on sales trends and customer feedback.
- **Customer Insights**: Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand shopping behaviors and preferences. Use insights to enhance product offerings and improve the shopping experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align merchandise strategies with promotional activities and sales goals. Provide training and support to store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the clothing or fashion industry. Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising is essential.
