We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Merchandiser to join our team at Titan. As a Regional Merchandiser, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising activities in the designated region for our Jewellery-SMR category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability in the region
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product assortment meets customer demands
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards are met
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in merchandising, preferably in the jewellery industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to travel within the designated region as needed
